At 18 years old, Nastassia launched a fitness apparel brand named Nasty Fit which surpassed 7-figures. At 20 years old, Nastassia began building a networking platform to solve her own personal struggle. On October 2020, Nastassia launched Connectful, a networking app that connects like-minded and entrepreneurial young adults. Her mission is to change the way young adults connect by making it more engaging, interactive and fun. Her mission is to change the way young adults connect by making it more engaging, interactive and fun.   In March of 2020, Nastassia Ponomarenko released her first self-improvement book From Dust to Discipline, where she shared her own transformation and encourages young adults to overcome fear, grow in self-love and happiness, instill discipline, and leave their past and bad habits behind to embark on a journey of becoming their best and most authentic selves. It is through self-awareness that improvement can happen, and that was Nastassia’s goal and priority for writing this book that every young adult should read.
