Using Twitter effectively + make smarter crypto investments.
In 2022, Twitter can get you your dream job or be the spark that helps ignite your startup + of course memes.
How can you use Twitter effectively super charge your network?
Only scroll when you post.
Twitter, if used poorly, is an endless cess pool of memes and rants. Endless scrolling is massively counter productive. A good rule I adopted from Lex Fridman is to only check Twitter after posting. This keeps your production/consumption ratio healthy.
Define why you are using Twitter in the first place.
If you are an entrepreneur or looking to advance your career, Twitter can help you raise capital or get a new job. Follow accounts like VCs and builders in the arena which you are most interested in. I.E. if you want to build a P2E gaming startup, follow every investor, engineer, designer and founder related to your niche and syphon them off into a Twitter list.
Replies are your secret sauce.
Take that Twitter list of accounts and make a habit out of providing thoughtful replies to their tweets. This serves two purposes, 1. It initiates you with the account you are replying to. 2. It helps you build your own following through theirs.
This is how guys like Turner Novak and Ruben Harris massively accelerated their careers.
Take it to the DMs.
For accounts that you have built up some camaraderie with, DM them and carry on the conversation and build a friendship.
In 2022 and beyond, this is how jobs will be gotten, companies will be built, and dreams will be made

So like many people in their 20s you are dabbling in crypto investing?
While these assets are sill incredibly risky, here is a way to invest a little smarter.
For the first time in history retail investors are able to tail venture capital firms and invest along side them.
TLDR on venture capital firms:
They pay people a lot of money to due diligence and research investments before they are made.
They only invest in companies that they think can possibly 100x or greater.
***This does NOT mean they will
So in what companies and what sub-sectors of crypto are these firms investing?
@nickymontanaa did a great job laying out where the top crypto VCs are investing in his Medium post.
May need to zoom in to see the companies*
